Coordinating hundreds of internships without losing the thread

Problem: Hundreds of internships, dozens of partner schools and three roles to coordinate with generic tools.
Solution: A platform with explicit states, a territorial map, cohort calendars and automatic checks on critical issues.

An AI helpdesk that only answers when it can prove it

Problem: The same questions every day, answers buried in long regulations — and generic AI cannot be trusted with enrolment, exams and deadlines.
Solution: An assistant that cites only official documents, verifies numbers, goes through human approval and suspends answers when a document changes.

Solution: An ecosystem that turns field messages into tickets and tasks, manages quotations and documents, and publishes to six channels from one editorial flow with supervised AI.
